DELIVERIES, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our experienced staff make sure your orders are delivered promptly and in optimal condition.  Make sure your delivery address is correct, then use the extra notes space to specify any other drop-off details you prefer.

 

Local Delivery

(ONLINE Purchased Pet Food & Supplements ONLY)

There is a $10 delivery fee for pet food, supplements and treats to local areas.  If you spend over $50, your delivery is free!  Your purchase should arrive between 2-5 business days to the location you specify.

Express Local Delivery

(ONLINE Purchased Pet Food & Supplements ONLY)

Express local delivery for pet food & supplies is $25 and your order will arrive between 1-2 full business days.  In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver within 2 business days, your $25 charge will be refunded.  If you spend more than $150 in your purchase and select Express Local Delivery, there is no delivery fee!

Stock Animal Bagged & Bulk Delivery

We also offer many other products for delivery, such as stock animal feed, animal bedding and bulk feed options.  These are currently only available for order by phone or email.  Delivery prices for these larger orders are calculated based on location, work load and vehicle used for transportation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Union Feed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not happy with the feed products you have received, we offer a return and exchange policy.

Whether you've changed your mind about your purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, we are here to assist you.  If your situation does not fit the guidelines below, please feel free to contact us!

RETURNS

For a Full Reimbursement:

  • Purchased within 30 days

  • Not opened or damaged**

  • Bring your return(s) to our store (have your order confirmation and ID ready)

 

For a Partial Reimbursement:

  • Purchased within 30 days

  • Not opened or damaged** ***

  • Have your return(s) picked up by our delivery team (if we pick up your return, there will be a $5 restocking fee)***

EXCHANGES

We can offer product exchanges if your item(s) are:

  • Purchased within 30 days

  • Not opened or damaged** ***

  • Brought to our store (have your order confirmation and ID ready)

  • If the item you are exchanging for is a lower price, we will reimburse the difference.  If the exchange is higher, we are equipped to charge for the difference in store.

**If any items are opened or damaged, there may be up to a 50% restocking fee

***There is no restocking fee if the product was faulty, had a quality control issue or has been recalled.  Discounted items must be reviewed before a return or exchange can be approved.
